動物管理及動物福利綜合大樓地下。

Operated by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD), the centre handles dog licensing, vaccinations and management of stray or surrendered animals at Kai Tak. Relocated to the new Animal Management and Animal Welfare Building Complex in July 2024.
